How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are sent via NZ Post, you can expect to receive your order to arrive within 2-3 working days (within NZ) and 3-10 working days (Australia). Please add an extra 2-3 days for rural delivery. You will be sent a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped.

**Please note: there may be shipping delays due to COVID.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we only offer shipping to NZ and Australia. If you are out of these countries, please email us and we can see what we can do :)

What is your return policy? 

If you would like to return your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for the order, nor will the costs of sending the item/s back to us. We will not accept any returns if the product has been opened or used.
